Analysis And Prospect Of Inner Mongolia Tourism Association

Industry association is playing an increasingly important role during the chinese economic reformation and transformation through the functions of services, rights protection, communication, monitoring and self-regulatory as a kind of social organization of spontaneous,membership, marketability, industry-oriention,non-profit, non-government and mutual benefit. Compared to the developed countries, China's Tourism Industry Association was late. The research and practice of self-uses are still at the exploratory stage. From the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Tourism Association, the article presents the main problems of the china and the Inner Mongolia Tourism Association existing in the developing process, such as inefficient self-government, Member inadequate, Talent shortage and lack of capacity. Furthermore, it analyzes the roots of questions are China's ownership structure, the government-led organizational model, the no perfect law, as well as the lack of social credibility. On those basis, the article further elaborates measures for improving the tourism industry organizations. On the one hand, from macro perspectives, The Government should give up the powers appropriately, build up the tourism association mainly made up of the tourism companies, expand the management functions of tourism association and improve the corresponding legal system. On the other hand, from the microscopic point of view, Tourism Association should strengthen the internal organization, build the job responsibilities, broaden channels of funding, expand the social coverage of industry associations and establish a set of complete integrity mechanism for the organization and improve it. In terms of its end, the tourism associations will be towards to the populism, service-oriented, self-discipline and international directions. It will play more important role in the trade management, and will be the true industry associations.
