The Study Of China's E-Government Procurement Development

As electronic communications and network technology, the rapid development of information technology with its unique advantages gradually being adopted by governments, national government is committed to applying the latest information technology for their own information technology services to government procurement. My Government is keeping requirements of the times, began to join the WTO "Agreement on Government Procurement" negotiations. It is against this background that this paper made in China to further strengthen the building of e-government procurement point of view. First of all, this paper describes the e-government procurement of basic concepts and abroad, the development of e-government procurement under the status quo, with the traditional government procurement comparative analysis of the e-government procurement of the advantages; Second, it analyzes the development of China's status of e-government procurement, including procurement of China's e-government construction process and at this stage in development problems; and third, by South Korea's e-government procurement success stories, analyzed and summarized the future of China's e-government procurement to the deeper the further development of countermeasures; Finally, based on our e-government procurement in the construction of the actual conditions and China's imminent accession to the WTO "Agreement on Government Procurement," a good opportunity to come to the e-government procurement in China inevitable trend of development conclusions.
