Fixed assets are the most important material base in the process of an enterprise's production and operation activities. The value of fixed assets occupies a considerable share of the value of all the enterprise assets; moreover the depreciation of fixed assets affects the level of an enterprise's business costs. It is extraordinary necessary that we study on tax planning of fixed assets. Export-oriented manufacturing enterprises are the typical ones under China's long-standing special circumstances. This article will analyze tax planning of fixed assets on this type of enterprise in order to realize the lowest tax burden and maximum business value within the extent permitted by the tax law.In this paper, the methods which include logical reasoning method, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used. The text is divided into six parts. The charpter one introduces the background and significance of the topics and clarify the author's research ideas; Chapter 2, Start with the concept of tax planning, sum up the current tax planning universally applicable principles, means and methods; The third chapter analyzes the export-oriented production enterprise's features, describes the general methods on fixed assets tax planning, and export-oriented manufacturing enterprises'space on fixed assets tax planning; The fourth chapter is a core focus of this paper, proposes and establishes comparison model on financial leasing and loans acquired on the purchase stage mainly aim at the features of the export-oriented manufacturing enterprises'fixed assets, and the comparison model on using the straight-line method and accelerated depreciation method in the process of selecting the depreciation of assets. Solving the above two models; The fifth part is an instance, the author take one certain export-oriented manufacturing enterprise in Xi'an for example, to validate the model. Chapter 6 that contains the conclusions and outlook are the inadequacies of this study and beyond to continue to work for. The innovation of this paper based on previous studies is that the comparing model of financing lease and loan purchase, and the fixed depreciation method choosing model are established after more specifically analysis on the characteristics of the fixed assets against a certain type of enterprises.By solving the two mathematical models, we can draw the conclusions allowing companies to choose the most favorable method in different circumstances, thereby maximize the value of their enterprise. The shortcoming is that these two models have some limitations that it can't be applied to different enterprise; the author can't take all the relatively impact factors into account when these model were set up. These are also needed in future research work and then continue their efforts.
