Research On The Manufacturing And Trading Of The Export-oriented Enterprises Based On Low Carbon Constraint

With the widespread of the concept of low-carbon economy,international trade is bound to the emergence of new development trends-its scale expands from extensive expansion to intensive development;low-carbon products are more competitive;carbon tariffs,carbon product certification based new trade barriers restricting exports of developing countries,and so on.After years of development,more and more countries established a carbon emissions trading market,and establish a carbon emissions trading system among countries,which brings with certain environmental pressures in the process of internationalization,saddled a certain degree of responsibility for emissions reductions.On the other hand,due to the continued deterioration of the ecological environment,as part of the community,as a community of consumers who have their social attributes,along with the people affected by rising levels of education,increasing the overall quality of the growing awareness of environmental protection,it is a modest green consumers pay has become a possibility.Specific to the problem of carbon emissions will in particular consumption of low carbon environmental goods and produce a special preference,this preference and the impact on consumer buying behavior are growing trends,consumer preferences have gradually become a low-carbon an important property of the terminal market.In real life,these phenomena manifested consumer awareness of environmental protection has been strengthened recognition of the growing low-carbon products,and are willing to pay the premium.According to statistics,in recent years,China’s carbon dioxide emissions rose sharply,which has surpassed the US in 2006 and become the world’s largest carbon emitter.It shows that Chinese development of low carbon economy is imminent.This paper studies the impact of a global lowcarbon trend of international development of export-oriented enterprises;build the game model of export-oriented enterprises and government departments of environmental protection under carbon constraint.Analysis of the government to implement carbon emissions permits market trading impact on area businesses and environmental protection work.Based on this,we study the game between government and business reality,and analyze different scenarios for optimal yield government to develop optimal emissions standards and business,to reveal the specific effects of different scenarios under realistic reductions.
