Policies And Enlightenments Of Labor Relation On Private Enterprise Of Community Party In Early Years Of P.R.C

Labor relations is the main contents of the early days and relations of production at this stage, harmonious labor relations may directly impact on the economic and social development and the status of workers. This article based on Marxist theory in contemporary China-the basic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and used research methods of document analysis, summarized and so on. And research labor relations of understanding and policy, experience and problems of our party in early days from theory and practical aspects, on this basis, further studies of revelation of private sector labor relations in this stage of our party and government to deal with it.The whole text is divided into three parts:introduction, body and conclusion. The first part introduction introduces the purpose and significance of this topics, content, research methods and main problem to be solved. The second part of the body is divided into four chapters. Chapter One mainly discussed the definition of labor relations, describes the development of labor relations theory and practice of evolution; Chapter Two systematic arranged and summed up the understanding of labor relations of the first generation of the main leaders of our party's and policies of our party dealing with the private sector in this stage; Chapter Three comprehensively summed up the main experiences and existing problems of dealing with the labor relations of our party in early day's on basis methods of history and dialectical. Chapter Four focused on the basic idea of correctly handling of the labor relations of current private sector to success or failure of our party dealing with the labor relations of private sector in early day's, and make contributions to the construction of harmonious socialist society through actively playing government's leading role, and taping the right potential of trade union, and strengthening the standardization of construction employers, and promoting the construction of harmonious labor relation; The Third part of the conclusion summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of this article, and proposes continue to focus on the development of labor relation in the subsequent course of study and work, and continue to do my research to labor relations.
