China’s reform and opening up30years, the private sector has made rapiddevelopment. The Third Plenum of the Party: The non-public economy is an importantforce to promote the development of China’s social productive forces. As of the end of2011, China registration corporate units7,331,200, in which the private sector a total of5,254,870. With the further advancement of the socialist market economy, the role of theprivate sector in China’s economic development is more important. At the same time, theprivate sector within the labor relations problems gradually exposed to major risks forbuilding a socialist harmonious labor relations. In2010, less than half the time of theFoxconn Group, due to the interests of the employees of the company have beeninfringed and nowhere to appeal, shocked the nation13jump event, since a spate oflarge-scale company employees strikelabor relations issues pushed to the cusp. Foxconnevent is just a contradiction of the domestic private sector labor relations typical of alarge number of private sector in the country, every day, the workers’ interests have beeninfringed, Labour twin contradictions events. Therefore, how to coordinate laborrelations, build harmonious labor relations has become a major issue for people todiscuss and scholars.This article bases on Chinese current labor relations Analysis of trade unions as astarting point, through the introduction of this third-party organization of the unionsinvolved in the coordination of the private sector labor-management conflicts, the use ofeconomic analysis methods to analyze the coordination mechanism between the tradeunions and the private sector provide a theoretical reference building, trying to resolvelabor conflicts of the private sector in the development process of harmonious laborrelations theory and institutional support.
