Labor relations, which has the most direct, specific and intrinsic characteristics, is most important and common in various social relations. With the reform of China's market-oriented economic system deepening, labor relations has become a prominent issue in China's economic and social development. As an important socio-economic tissue, the situation of harmonious labor relations in Chinese private enterprises relates to the interests of workers, the strength of corporate competitiveness and the harmonious operation of society.Promoting the harmonious labor relations of private enterprises is a major issue to build a socialist harmonious society, implement the scientific development concept and follow out the party's 10 Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth. The path of harmonious labor relations in China depends on strategic choice of the government, employers and workers. This study, with the employer perspective has played an important role to build harmonious labor relations.Based on the results of theoretical research and the domestic and international labor relations, this paper defines the meaning of employers strategy and structure, and then establishes an employers strategy research framework, which is relatively complete and can be proved by empirical research literature research, theoretical analysis and so on. And then selecting three private enterprises in Chongqing, it analyzes the labor relations and compares the three cases through interviews, direct observation, questionnaires and other means of data collection. Based on the results of the analysis, it extracts the general type and element of choice in the private employers strategy. This paper gives some suggestions to improve the labor relations from restructuring the internal management, building an employer brand and constructing a mechanism for employees at last.
