However, for the high failure rate of strategic alliance, it is more necessary to study on the instable factors affecting enterprises strategic alliance and discuss its counter measure while see the great benefits created by the successful enterprises strategic alliances.Just based on the above condition, this paper studies the issue of the strategic alliance of Sanlu Huahuaniu and its instability. This paper firstly brings forward the issue to study, introduces the concept, reason, classification, feature and instability of the strategic alliance as well as the purpose, content and meaning of this study. Then it analyzes the background of the strategic alliance of Sanlu Huahuaniu and the alliance process for both parties, especially the reason why strategic alliance of both parties form. Then it comprehensively evaluates the performance from three aspects of economic value, sustainable competitive advantages and instability. Based on the evaluation, this paper specifically analyzes the main factors affecting the stability of Sanlu Huahuaniu strategic alliance, puts forward the essential measures for improving the stability of the alliance and discusses the apocalypse of the Sanlu Huahuaniu alliance on the organization of alliance for enterprises in China. Finally, makes the conclusion and prospect. The above analyses show that to build up enterprise strategies must fully consider the instability of strategic alliance and take efficient measures to improve and avoid the instable factors so as to increase its stability. This paper is believed to enrich the theoretical study relative to instability of enterprises strategic alliance and improve the practice of strategic alliance for enterprises in our country.
