Secondly, in order to look for the internal reason about system change, the thesis looks back the course of grape cooperation which is in Beiti,a village in Yongji city of Shanxi province. The reasons conclude many factors, for example impersonal demand of modern agriculture, the creation of land system,the superior natural condition, the support of local government, the sparkplug from village cadre.Thirdly, the author provide the demonstration on the organization of the grape cooperation and the relation between the entrust and the agent, performance of the system will come after the interest arrange and the organization design, so the author appraise the performance impersonality about the grape cooperation deeply with the base on the interest and cooperation system. There is a set of complex relationship between the organization of the cooperation and the principal-agent relation in the reality. While the principal-agent relationship can be very good, there will be a scientific and strict operation mechanism, as the result, the author analyzed the operation mechanism of cooperatives are. The author affirms the whole effect, for the instance, economic effect, social effect and the ecological effects.What's more, the thesis analysis the problem what the grape cooperation may meet in the future. In the end, the thesis put forward the advice, for instance, boosting the agriculture interest and cooperation steadily, increasing the support from local government, normalization of company organization, clear the right relation, reasonable system about income and distribution, consummating law system.In conclusion, Beiti village model in Yongji city is a kind of system innovation which is built on the base of the family household contract responsibility system.Through land transfer form for development to promote local economic and social development.
