Green production and consumption has become a worldwide trend. After the outbreak of the global financial crisis, trade protectionism has once again rise in the world, and most countries prefer non-tariff trade protection policy to tariff protection. In order to protect the global environment, to protect human, animal and botanical health, to ensure their related industries, developed countries have generally adopted green barriers to prevent or even prohibit other countires' products entering into their domestic markets. As a special industry, agricultural exports are of great significance to China. As a developing country, China often faces green barriers to trade from other countries. This paper explores the impact of green barriers to trade in developed countries on exports of China's agricultural and food products. It identifies the problems that china faces in meeting developed countries' technical requirements and the internal and external factors that result in the fact that China's gricultural exports. The paper finally gives some suggestions to the government and agricultural export enterprise that how to meet other countries'green trade protection policy.
