With the trend of economic globalization, port as a kind of scarce resource has been developed rapidly. However, the rapid development is in the cost of huge input of natural resources as well as damage to environment. Under this circumstance, port is facing increasing environmental pressure. Therefore, people are paying more and more attention to the research on Green Port, both academically and practically.Till now, almost all of the existing researches on Green Port in China are qualitative instead of quantitative. This paper tries to put forward a concept of Port's Green Degree creatively, to measure port's extent of building Green Port, and then sets up a calculation model of Port's Green Degree, based on Supper-Efficiency DEA Model, which has quite significant meanings both academically and practically. This paper mainly has three parts. The first part summarizes the fair definition of Green Port from the existing papers, and then put forward the concept of Port's Green Degree creatively. Port's Green Degree means port's extent of building Green Port, in detail, port's operating efficiency considering environmental costs. The second part sets up the calculation model of Port's Green Degree, based on Supper-Efficiency DEA Model, including 5 steps: 1) select sample ports as decision making units; 2) determine the alternative resource input variables and output variables; 3) determine the alternative environmental input variables and output variables; 4) get the ultimate input and output variables; 5) use the Supper-Efficiency DEA Model to calculate the Port's Green Degree. The third part select Tianjin Port Co., Ltd as an example to do the calculation, which finally proves the Port's Green Degree calculation model to be quite feasible.
