Study On The Evaluation Of Green Port Competitiveness Based On ANP And FCE Mode

Since the beginning of this century,the global economic and trade pattern and emerging market are being formed gradually.The role of port is more and more important in the system of global economy and trade because the shipping accounts for more than 2/3 of the total amount of the transportation in the international trade.With the rapid shifting of the world economy center to Asia-Pacific area,China has been the biggest trading country and second economy.The shipping in China makes up 90 of the amount of international transportation,so the port plays a role of the center in the logistic trade and the focus in the heavy chemical industry.The port's going green is the leading direction of the port development which is increasingly emphasized with the increasing significance of the port's position and function,and a series of documents about the planning and guidance to the building of green port is issued by our nation.As the large port with comprehensive service of cargo handling,port logistics and other port service,Tianjin Port has the strength of combining five strategy opportunity among the national coastal ports and lying in the free trade zone among the northern ports,whose throughput is developing rapidly in recent years and increased to 550 million tons in 2016.While the following environment problem is cause for concern by people,and the green port is the direction to the future development of Tianjin Port.Therefore,the research of green development for Tianjin Port is urgently required.The paper first introduced the current situation and pertinent document research on the competitiveness of the green port of the domestic and abroad advanced ports.Secondly,the indicator system of green development for Tianjin Port was built on the ANP mode whose indicators were form the questionnaires and experts research.And the evaluation of current green development of Tianjin Port was carried out through the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation arriving at the conclusion of evaluation indicators from 2014 to 2016.At last,the suggestions about the green development were proposed through the data analysis on the specific indexes attribute values and their weights.
