Study On Influencing Factor Of Franchise To Franchisor Kowledge-transfer

With the rapid development of enterprises, franchise operations form becomes the main way to the rapid expansion of many companies .The knowledge-based view:The rise of knowledge-based economy makes the knowledge especially the proprietary knowledge becomes a key resources that the enterprise to gain a competitive advantage, therefore, for the franchise business, knowledge becomes the core resources that franchising have a good development and success or failure. How to promote knowledge transfer between the franchise system, to achieve chain of knowledge innovation, is the key to development and growth.From the franchisee perspective, based on social networks and transaction cost, We select two key variables of social network theory:network density and network centrality ,two basic variables of transaction costs theory: specific asset investment and environment uncertainty as the influencing factor of franchise to franchisor Kowledge Transfering, we choice Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Dongguan, the Pearl River Delta franchise companies as object of study, collected the 145 valid samples, using Spss and Amos software empirical test the four factors of network density, network centrality , specific asset investment, environment uncertainty on the franchisee role in promoting knowledge transfer, licensing system for the improvement of knowledge transfer, provide some guidance. The results show, the network density and network concentration, environmental uncertainty have a significant impact on franchisor Kowledge Transfering , unexpectedly, specific asset investment have no significant effect on franchisor knowledge transfering.
