With the world’s economic heart gradually shifts to services, China has begun to focus on the development of the service industry. In the past few years, service industryfs contribution to China’s GDP increased year by year.Knowledge Intensive Business Service, an important part of the service industry, promotes the1development of China’s service industry and other industries. Existing literatures show that the development of Knowledge Intensive Business Service originated in all kinds of knowledge, which comes from innovation.While enterprises need to strive to maximize the power of their network to full deployment of its internal and external resources and ultimately enhance their innovation performance. Various kinds of enterprises develop in different social networks and finally obtain mutual promotion and common development Therefore these enterprises should establish a suitable network centrality, and focus on improving their own ability of knowledge innovation.In the near future, Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s development will depend on their network capacity and knowledge innovation ability. Many scholars studied from the perspective of network relationships and enterprises’s innovation performance. In this article, we studied from the combination of network centrality, knowledge innovation ability and Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance.This study on Knowledge Intensive Business Services will have important theoretical as well as practical significance on Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s development and the entire industry in China.Based on a large number of related literatures, we choose knowledge innovation ability as the moderator variable and combine the network centrality and knowledge innovation ability with Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance.Firstly,we build a theory relationship model based on the relationships among network centrality, knowledge innovation ability and Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance. Secondly, we use social network analysis method,questionnaire investigation method,empirical research and statistics analysis method to get these final conclusions:(1) Network degree and centrality have significant positive correlation with Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance; while network closeness has not significant positive correlation with Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance.(2) Knowledge innovation ability has not significant positive correlation with Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance.(3) Knowledge innovation ability plays an important moderator in the relationship among network degree, network centrality, network closeness and Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance. Lastly, we summarize the main results and innovation in this study.Main innovation lies in combining these three above-mentioned variables:network centrality, knowledge innovation ability and Knowledge Intensive Business Services’s innovation performance; and knowledge innovation ability as an important moderator. Last but not least, we also point out the limitations of this study and the future research direction in this area.
