Research On Cooperation Relationship Of Supply Chain Based On Enterprise Lifecycle

Under current market environment,in order to obtain more profit and sustainable competitive edge, many enterprises have adopted supply chain cooperation method with the growth of the economy. However,the members of the supply chain cooperation between enterprises in the scope and form of motivation and the time span is varied,both strategic alliances and joint ventures also have the advanced form of franchise and other common form of cross-selling,both in research and development areas cooperation is also in the production and marketing cooperation in the fields and so on. While cooperating enterprises in the continuous development of their own are also in the process,this is the life-cycle theory of supply-chain perspective to study the inter-firm partnership. This paper combined with the development of enterprises at different stages of the actual situation,described a different relationship from a development perspective,providing reference ideas for enterprises which were establishing Supply Chain Partnership.Firstly in the introduction part,this paper describes an enterprise life cycle theory and supply chain collaboration between research,indicating the significance of the study. Then the two issues related to the theory expounded that the four stages of enterprise development: infancy,growth,maturity and decline. Second,along the business needs - motivation - behavior of this conduct in-depth study of the path of research and put forward four delivery classes meeting business needs:survival needs,order requirements,ethical requirements and self-actualization needs. Discusses the different stages of enterprise development,the dominant demand,led by analyzing the four kinds of demands on business goals,behavior,and cooperation between business needs to find consistency in behavior. Then further from the distribution of profits of three kinds of profit distribution model of cooperation between different stages of quantitative research,analysis of the three kinds of profit distribution model the transition between the conditions put forward at different stages of the profit distribution model. Finally,this paper gives the main conclusions of the thesis and future prospects for further research.
