The Research Of Supply Chain Enterprise Cooperation And Profit Sharing

Since the beginning of the 1990s, inspired by advances in science and technology, the process of economic globalization was gradually accelerating and became the mainstream of world economic development. In such conditions, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into a competition between supply chains. The good or bad performance of whole supply chain relies on whether the cooperation partnership of enterprises is good or bad. One of the main influence factors of cooperation partnership is the profit sharing. The distributions of profit directly affect the stability and performance of whole supply chain. Therefore the profit sharing is the key issue for supply chain management.This paper studies mainly the problem of enterprises cooperation and the profit sharing. This paper aims to analyze the major issues related to the supply chain profit sharing and put forward a better method of profit sharing.The first part is the basic theory.
