Research On Data Security Evaluation Index System Of Enterprise Informationalization

In order to adapt the tide of globalization and technological progress, various enterprises adopt informationization, a strategic choice, to raise enterprises' efficiency, promote enterprises' market competition ability, and enhance the comprehensive national strength. Informationization start of China's Enterprises is relatively late. There are many problems in the informationization implementation process. The most prominent problem is enterprise data security. Data message security is important and even vital to the enterprise. It directly influences and restricts the survival and development of enterprises, as well as the competition status of enterprises in the market. But massive investigations indicated that there are many traits of data security in our country, such as low level of management, weak awareness and so on. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, and the most important reason is the lack of a scientific and effective and timely means of evaluation. In order to reduce date security incidents and improve data security level, designing a data security evaluation system, which will meet the requirements of informationization development and should be systematic, complete and operable, has become a meaningful research of great importance.Firstly, this article elaborated the present research of information security both at home and abroad and introduced the correlated theories and methods. Then in the basis of analyzing of the present situation of our country enterprise informationization and the present situation of data security, pointed out the universal data security problems in our country. Secondly, regarding the business data security as a complete system, analyzed both the macroscopic and the microscopic factors which influenced enterprise data security, introduced"Press-State-Response"model as the theory basis of evaluation index system, selected evaluation indexes initially. On the basis, combined with goal level expansion method, Delphi technique and theoretical analysis method to determine all evaluation indexes finally. Then a more comprehensive, more practical data security evaluation system was constructed, which was divided into four levels and index layer contained sixty-two indexes. With the analytic hierarchy process method and questionnaire survey, determined the weight of each evaluation index. Meanwhile, according to characteristics of the data security indexes, applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, established a second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess the business data security level and determine the rank, find the problems in data security construction and management process, in order to propose appropriate improving measures and optimization strategy. Finally, carried on the empirical analysis, evaluated the data security level of two enterprises. Through the analysis of evaluation results, identified problems and made recommendations, so that achieved the purpose of raising the level of enterprise data security. Through the case study, in view of the evaluation results, the established evaluation system and the model have a strong practical value, which will give useful advice to the construction and management of the enterprise data security.
