The Comprehensive Evaluation Research On The Development Project Of Zhongtie-lifeng International Shopping HOPSCA

Since the reform and opening-up, economic has been an unprecedented development, and people’s living standards has been improved. At the same time, the pace of life has been speeded up gradually, people’s consumption demand has been increased day by day, in order to adapt to this new social phenomenon, the HOPSCA including commercial, hotel, residential came out. After dozens of years of development, now, the HOPSCA is not only people’s leisure and entertainment places, but also a landmark of this region or city. As a city with rich history and cultural atmosphere, the economic in Xi’an has been promoted rapidly by relying on its own characteristics, Xi’an has gradually developed into a new international metropolis, with this opportunity, Zhongtie-Lifeng International Shopping HOPSCA is born. This paper tries to provide ideas from theory and practice aspects, to the HOPSCA’ health, sustainable development by evaluating Zhongtie-Lifeng International Shopping HOPSCA project.This paper has collected relevant literature on the HOPSCA project at home and abroad, on the basis of studying the previous results, the breakthrough of this paper has been cleared. Then the function, characteristics, principles of evaluation, content of evaluation about the HOPSCA project had been discussed. This paper has conducted two rounds of research by using Delphi expert investigation method, and statistics for results of each round, after conducting the reliability and validity analysis, the evaluation index system of Zhongtie-Lifeng International Shopping HOPSCA has been determined which includes three dimensions and nine elements. Then, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method has been adopted to construct the judgment matrix, the weight of each index has been determine after conducting the consistency test. The experts had been invited to determine the set of reviews and the membership of each metric by conducting a questionnaire survey, ultimately, in virtue of the weight and comments of each indexe, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation conclusion of Zhongtie-Lifeng International Shopping HOPSCA project has been obtained. The evaluation results show that the assessment of this project is "better", and then, three specific recommendations had been given by the article for the existing problem.The purpose of this paper is that through the analysis above, tries to provide a reference for the HOPSCA evaluation in Xi’an or national city, to contribute their efforts for the healthy development of the HOPSCA.
