Study On The Knowledge Innovative Capability In High-tech Industry Clusters

At present, with development of economic, knowledge has become an important driving force. Facing of the knowledge change, China's high-tech industry cluster urgently need to upgrade their knowledge and innovative capability, to respond the international market competition.Therefore, the study of the knowledge innovation in high-tech industrial cluster has important practical significance.This paper reviews the research of the high-tech industry cluster knowledge and innovative capability in the domestic and international, then summarys the relevant research literature. The knowledge and innovative capability is divided into three stages and each stage of the upgrade path are described; Using the existing influencing factors research, the cluster knowledge chain, cluster of knowledge innovation networks, cluster knowledge sharing and the nature knowledge of the cluster are summed as the important factors which affect clusters knowledge and innovative capability, and relevant assumptions are made; Xi'an High-tech Zone enterprises as the research object, SEM be used to validate hypothesis; based on the authentication results of the high-tech industrial clusters develop knowledge and innovative capability of the proposals.The innovation of this paper is to study the high-tech industry cluster areas, while previous research focus on traditional clusters or did not clearly address this special group. In addition, in the study of influencing factors, unlike previous studies which biased towards a particular factor, but the factors will put into one model as the same level.Through a survey in Xi'an enterprises, using SEM to high-tech industry cluster in the relationship in knowledge innovative capability of the empirical studies, and draw the following conclusions:(1) knowledge of the nature of factors on the knowledge and innovative capability is not directly impact, but by clustering knowledge-sharing knowledge and innovative capability of the cluster impact;(2) cluster knowledge chain has no direct impact, but they can indirectly affect the knowledge and ability to innovate, there are two paths can be reached, first, through the clustering of knowledge sharing; second, through innovation networks;(3) cluster knowledge innovation networks directly impact on knowledge innovative capability as clusters knowledge sharing;(4) In accordance with knowledge innovative capability size of the cluster can be arranged that the influence of four factors influential:the cluster knowledge chain> cluster of knowledge innovation networks> cluster knowledge sharing> the nature knowledge of the cluster.
