SCOR Model Applied In Food Manufacturing Enterprises In The Supply Chain

Economic globalization is one of the most important representation of manufacturing globalization, our country has become one of the manufacturing center of the world today, the manufacturing industry plays a important role in the national economy. Manufacturing globalization makes competition among manufacturing enterprises in our country turned into competition between supply chain and supply chain success lies in how to effectively evaluate the performance of a supply chain enterprise, continuously improve the enterprise internal and external process, thus find the optimal method that suits the enterprise supply chain management. The SCOR model is such a tool, designed to help companies find the right method of supply chain management. Based on ML company as an example, this paper adopts literature reading method, case analysis and empirical analysis on the SCOR model applied in food manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain were studied.
