Philosophical Thinking On Conflict Between Science And Technology Innovation And Ethical In The Contemporary

The 21st century will be an era capable of achieving great triumph in science and technology innovations. By far, human society has obtained so enormous accomplishments in science and technology and so enormous achievements in the material area that all these will be greater than all the achievements and material wealth obtained in the tens of thousands of years of human history. Especially in the contemporary, technology while innovating quickly spread its fruitful results and knowledge to the entire society. Development of technology gradually becomes a social innovation activity. Thus it stimulates human social civilization. However, on one hand, people indulge in the fairy tale world compiled by technological progress and growth of material wealth. On the other hand, people feel deeply anxious and disturbed about the relative lag or even great divide between the potential growth of material wealth produced by technological development and human moral standards.Introspecting the historical process of technological development, human truly feel that technology is a "Damocles sword" hanging over our heads. For example, on one hand, technological development tightens the connection of man and nature in all fields. On the other hand the human living environment is increasingly deteriorating. Technology not only can benefit mankind, but also can bring disasters to human beings. Human beings enjoy civilization accomplishments brought by technological development and bear the intolerable burden inextricably linked with the technology. When losing the guidance of human value and deviating from the purpose of most people, its development will inevitably damage the interests of human being. Therefore, it is against the positive benefits of technological development to some extent. Only when research and application of technology can benefit human's survival and development as a whole and on the long term survival and development, and benefit development in all area of human and the realization of self-value, technology has a real meaning of progress.Therefore, we need pay more attention to the problem of ethics of technology during the process of technological innovation. This is practically significant to currently build a more innovative country. This article aims to reveal the conflicts between the contemporary technological innovations and its relevant ethics issues; elaborate the source and current features of the conflicts; through theoretical analysis on the relationship between technology innovation and ethics, together with current practice issues, here we provided solutions to resolve the conflicts between modern technological development and ethics.We have reasons to believe that, in facing the challenges that technology of 21st century brings to human, the rational human through high and far vision will consciously build views of technology ethics compatible to high-tech era of 21st century. Through regulation of technology morals, virtue of technology should be exalted and its vice should be eliminated so that technology can develop in the direction to service and benefit the entire human beings.
