Research On Operation Mode And Information System Of Electrical Equipment Chain Manufacturing Chain

Chain manufacturing is a new type of modern manufacturing operation mode, which is based on a mature manufacturing enterprise, through the out put of technology,logistics,talents and brands to other manufacturing enterprises with same product mode and similar type or new market, aiming to achieve technology standardization, production specialization, management formalization, and share logistics scale benefit, finally rapidly occupant the market. Therefore, how to effectively build logistics cooperative relationship between chain manufacturing chain enterprises, and establish adaptive logistics management mode of chain manufacturing chain, is one of the important issues to be resolved. Based on the analysis of manufacturing chain mode, the logistics optimization operating mode and information system of electrical equipment manufacturing chain were researched.Firstly, the concepts, features, functions and profit model of manufacturing chain mode were analyzed and the characteristics of electrical equipment and enterprise logistics were analyzed after that. Combining the logistics needs of electrical equipment manufacturing chain, logistics operation mode of electrical equipment manufacturing chain based on logistics centre was established. Then, main function, running processes and characteristics of the mode was analyzed, and the procurement and distribution optimization methods of mode were studied.With the researches above, the logistics information system of electrical equipment manufacturing chain was designed, and the general framework, functional model and information model of the logistics information system were established; in addition, two characteristics which are system architecture based on C / S and B / S combination and information tracking of electrical equipment manufacturing chain procurement process were analyzed and studied.In the end, according to the logistics management status and requirements of Chongqing Yike Co.Ltd, the most part of researches conclusion including logistics operation mode and logistics information system have been used to planning and development with good effect.
