Optimization Model And Method Of Competitive Expressway Toll-setting Research Based On Multi-factor Analyze

The paper arranged around five main problems:the forming mechanism of competitive expressway toll rate;applicability of China exist expressway toll rate for different provinces and districts and toll level compared with other typical countries; toll diversion model built and calibration for competitive expressway; and toll diversion application for competitive expressway toll setting; policy implications of research results based on traffic demand, financial and economic impact of changes in tolls.First, Analysis expressway toll rate forming mechanism used in China and other typical countries and the problems in different mechanism based on probing necessary of the expressway toll setting research. Secondly, according to the index of analysis methods of traffic volume impacts based on toll changes during home and abroad, find out the most suitable modeling research method based on the different traffic volume diversion analysis methods comparison. Third, collected and analyzed the existing toll policy and toll level in different provinces and districts in China, give a suitable evaluation on toll level applicability for different places and show the integrated toll level during the whole world. Fourth,gave the exact model formula which take logit model as a basic model based on general time according to the former model methods selected during sensibility analysis, and used maximum likelihood estimate method for model calibration, the last modeling work is finding the different applicability for different provinces and districts in China when using the model and error estimation. At last, based on calibration results, found out how to use research result to modify and optimize toll setting and toll policy based on the consideration of traffic demand, financial income for expressway operator and economic.And put forward some suggestions perfected further.
