Study On The Operation And Management Mode Of Logistics Park

In recent years, the enthusiasm to constructing logistics parks is generally high across the country. At the same time, poor management, high park vacancy rate, unsatisfactory occupancy, not enough social and economic benefits and other phenomena are existing. So, logistics park operators, relevant government departments, experts and scholars began to investigate the planning and construction of logistics parks from rational and objective point of view.In the face of the operational difficult status of logistics parks, research an effective operation and management mode for logistics parks, and create a very attractive investment and operating environment for the logistics parks, has strong practical significance.In this paper, various development, construction model and management mode from aboard and domestic are compared and analyses in a detailed, and sums up the current problems between China logistics park operation and management.Thesis think that the operation and management mode of logistics park is the management mode which with the support of government policy, conform the logistics park planning, construction and operation to the specifications, which through the establishment of appropriate organizational management system, design the main strategy of the logistics park and business-level activities, which evaluate the benefits come from the construction of the logistics park, and which make the social and economic benefits come from the logistics park maximize.In this paper, a new mode of operation and management of logistics parks is brought forward from the perspective of enterprise operation and management. To blow this, we must insist on the separating of politics and enterprise, and insist on the principles of market-oriented operation and management. We must pay attention to the role government play in the development of logistics parks, at the same time, we should achieve some innovation in park's management and policy. To guide activities in parks and avoid malicious competition, management system should be set up. Benefit evaluation system should be designed, to feedback the effect of management timely, improve management model constantly, and establishment efficient management system for logistics parks.
