A Study On Selective Methods Of Automotive Logistics Service Providers Based On The WRSR

Automobile industry is technology-intensive and capital-intensive industry. Compared with other manufacturing, the most notable feature is professionalism, relevance and complexity. The development of economic market promotes refinement of industry, so it is required that enterprises should go from the "large and whole" model to "small and smart" model, so do automotive logistics. It should develop from traditional self-marketing pattern to logistics outsourcing pattern. But in the process of logistics outsourcing, because of the characteristics of automotive logistics itself, it is difficult for automotive manufacturers and enterprises directly outsource their business to the weak-associated logistics service providers. Thus, to some extent, enterprises bring pressure on the funds to themselves. Being not achieve complete logistics outsourcing, for logistics service providers weak-associated with enterprises itself, how to assess whether they have the ability of automotive logistics services? There comes another problem for most enterprises that is how to select a logistics provider who fits for the development of automobile production enterprises themselves.To solve the problem, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and evaluation index system of present existing automotive logistics service providers, constructs an new automotive logistics service providers evaluation index system by integrating its characteristics and the existing automotive logistics providers deficiencies. Secondly, this paper studies the selective methods of the existing automotive logistics service providers by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing selective methods according to multi-objective decision making model, and proposes using the WRSR to select the automotive logistics services, and also gives some innovation on the methods. Finally, according to research a domestic automobile manufacturer and analyze the data, this paper gets a practical value.The purpose of this paper is to weaken human factors and evaluation criteria existing selection methods among correlation indicators by adoption of weighted RSR of the WRSR, which makes this method more effective, simple and easy to operate.
