Study On He Quality Management And The Monitoring Of The University's New Campus Construction

New campus construction projects have characteristics of large-scale, long period, large amount of investment, technical complexity, large amount of participants and large social impact. Meanwhile, the college lacks quality management experiences of large-scale new campus construction and infrastructure project management professionals, It results in the quality of project that cann't be guaranteed and has caused investment in waste and adverse social impact during the process of construction. which made these three main objectives quality, progress,cost and task control cann't be accomplished. Therefore, quality management of college construction projects has become one of the importance and difficulties of new campus construction projects management. College has become the owners and investors of new campus construction. Quality management runs through each stage of determination,designation and construction. to adopt what kind of way managing and controlling by College construction manager was very important to accomplish project management objectives and become the key point of whether can be succeed in new campus construction.Combined with a basic concept and theory of comprehensive project qualit management and its owner's responsibility and task. Through the analysis of main character, quality form, objective task and controlling content of new campus construction project, investigates all periodsof quality management and points, then, it mainly analyzes and discusses existing problems during the process of qulity managemnt. Proposes the solutions and measures of these problems respectively. Finally, take an example of construction of new campus library project in Weinan Teacher's University and combined with experiences,theories and methods of quality management of new campus construction. Mainly focuses on construction stage (design stage, bidding stage,construction stage) in new campus project. What kind of way does the owner adopt to take quality management and control. At the same time, it has applied with some mathematic models and quality management methods in every stage of construction. First:to adopt AHP model optimization design units in project design stage.Second:to adopt comprehensive evaluation of grey decision making choosing construction unit in bidding stage. Third:to adopt causality graph to take quality management and control. Besides,it illustrates use decision-making stage and completion stage of quality management.
