A Study On Auto Parts Business Based On Remanufacturing

Since the 20th century, with the rapid development of the global economy, all kinds of industrial products growing day and day. Industrial development created the material wealth for human beings, but also consumes a lot of natural resources and damaged the ecological environment of human life. Any development on natural resources,energy and any free use of the environment caused by the global shortage of resources, environmental pollution, destruction of ecological balance and other social issues. To ease the contradiction between supply and demand of resources, reduce waste of resources, while reducing the environmental hazards of waste products, to maximize resource utilization, recycling manufacturing engineering came into being and developed rapidly. Re-engineering through a variety of advanced manufacturing technology and process equipment, scrap or damaged beyond repair abnormal quantities of remanufactured products, the formation of waste products re-manufacturing industry.It can make to high-quality recycled waste products, at the same time do to the energy, materials, solving the shortage of resources and environmental pollution is an effective way.The paper introduced the development of re-manufacturing industry in auto parts at home and abroad, then presented existed problem of re-manufacturing enterprises in China, the remanufacturing industry is still a new industry in China, all its conditions are relatively incomplete. Based on this, this paper combined with the characteristics of Remanufacturing, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the development of re-manufactured enterprises for auto parts in China.The paper explained the basic concepts and process of re-manufacturing, clear economic and social benefits through the analysis of product re-manufacturing and economical. Analyzed the development environment of auto parts re-manufacturing enterprises in China's, combine with our macroscopicalµcosmic enviroment and investigate and research to the market of remanufacturing for auto parts, discussed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and existed threats in further development of re-manufacturing. As to the problem of imperfect reverse logistics in our country, this paper also analyzed the recycling systems of scrap car and remanufacturing reverse logistics network.On base of above comprehensive analysis, present strategic choice and implementation of auto parts remanufacturing business development in China, including the general concept of development strategy, specifically the development of strategic choice, strategy implementation and security measures.
