Development Path Research On Auto Parts Remanufacturing Industry

In recent years, the rapid development of China’s auto industry promotes the automobile consumption market vigorously. Car ownership grows rapidly, and that brings the amount of scrapped automobiles rising year by year. The related issues, environmental treatment goes after the scrappage and resource recycling of scrapped automobile, get increasingly prominent. Today, energy conservation, emission reduction, and reducing consumption has become the melody of the auto industry, thus, auto parts remanufacturing as an important means of reusing resources gradually become a common concern of researchers and practitioners.It is under the background of promoting recycling economy and the implementation of sustainable development strategy globally, remanufacturing activities with a history of decades in the western countries, has a growing scale, and gradually developed into an emerging industry and even strategic industry in the national economic system of the United States, Britain, Japan, Germany and other countries, thanks to the induction of environmental policy, the stimulation of economic profit and the support of green consumption concept. Mature development path of auto parts remanufacturing industry in developed countries provides a reference for China. But industry environment and resources endowment vary between different countries, the development of car remanufacturing industry will not and should not have a unified model and schedule. Path exploration of auto parts remanufacturing industry in China needs to combine with the concrete situation in our country, rather than copying other countries’ experience mechanically.This paper firstly combs the development history of China’s auto parts remanufacturing industry, and analyse related aspects of the automotive remanufacturing industry’s status and the existing problems in the development of the industry from the whole production chain. Secondly, this paper studies comparatively on development history of auto parts remanufacturing industry, industry layout, development mode and the status of the main enterprises between the United States, Japan, Germany, providing reference for exploring path of this industry in China. Again, based on the analysis of international and domestic industry develop, combining the theory of industrial development and industrial organization theory, this paper cardings and picks out the main factors that influence development path of auto remanufacturing industry, building the pattern. Then, choosing Shanghai taxi industry as the research object, using the grey model GM(1,1) to forecast the quantity of scrapping taxies in shanghai and analyze the economic benefit of remanufacturing. Finally, to summariz the whole content, this paper puts forward the design of China’s auto parts remanufacturing industry development path, which is "the government incentives, technology innovation, market leading, industry ecological park", and the strategy of promoting the implement of auto parts remanufacturing industry in China.
