The output and possession of cars hadincreased, at the same time, scrap cars had also increased, according to the scrap of7%a year, Scrap cars are more than7000vehicles every year, a large scrap cars willcreate left garbage and cause serious pollution to the environment. With the globalauto possession breakthrough1billion, scrapped cars had thousands of ten thousandeach year; the scraped cars had potentially huge market, remanufacturing become agood way of recycling. Remanufacturing is based on resources and environment asthe core, the discard product will be repaired and reformed by the high technology,make the product performance and new product performance is almost no difference,then a good way to recycle. Auto parts remanufacturing in our country is a relativelynew topic, but in the developed countries, the auto parts remanufacturing iscomparatively mature, the recovery rate of scrap cars is more than95%in developedcountries. Our country began to try out car remanufacturing only a short ten years,still in the primary stage, the recycling rate of scrap cars is relatively low, there are alot of problems, and the market mechanism, infrastructure, laws and regulations, havenot completely established. Auto parts remanufacturing brings not only social benefits,and considerable economic benefit. Practice showed that the auto partsremanufacturing superior to manufacturing, and then make the cost of componentsjust50%of new components, energy saving60%, materials saving70%.Research in auto parts remanufacturing has become an important issue in theautomobile industry in the context of circular economy. This paper mainly studiesbased on the circulation to the auto parts remanufacturing recovery mode, the modelof the research is the recycling mode of a manufacturer to two retailers. In the model,the role of government is taken into account; the recycle of scrap car parts is dividedinto three stages: the recycling of auto parts in the bud, the recycling of auto parts inthe growth, the recycling of auto parts in the mature. This paper mainly studies therecovery mode of the growth and maturity, it is divided into five kinds of recyclemode in growth and maturity, through the analysis and comparison of the recoverymode, find out the best scrap car components recovery mode.
