A Study On The Development Model Of The Auto Parts Remanufacturing In China

With the rapid development of China’s vehicle industry, the number of auto possession and scrapped cars grow year by year, while the related problems about the disposition of scrapped autos and recycling use of scrapped cars resources become increasingly prominent. In the context of energy conservation and emission reduction as the theme of vehicle industry, auto parts remanufacturing gradually attracts the common attention of researchers and practitioners as an important means of resource recycling. Given all of this, the research on development mode of Chinese auto parts remanufacturing industry has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the industry development mode theory, extended producer responsibility system, the sustainable development theory and the circular economy theory, this paper systematically discusses the development mode of Chinese auto parts remanufacturing industry. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the background and significance of the selected topic, the current research situation all over the world, research methods, content and the innovation points, and then confirms the research route and frame. The second chapter presents the definition, characteristics and technological process of auto parts remanufacturing, summarizes the related theory on auto parts manufacturing. In chapter three, the paper analyzes the development process of Chinese auto parts remanufacturing industry and uses the SWOT to evaluate the current situation in China, after that sums up the auto parts remanufacturing industry development mode and successful experience of European, American and Japanese.The fourth chapter analyzes the influence factors of our auto parts remanufacturing industry development.This chapter describes the development situation and discusses the remanufacturing ability of the auto parts, then does regression analysis to the influence factors of our country auto parts manufacture industry by Ordinary Least Squares based on the theoretical analysis and the actual development data of Chinese auto industry.It is concluded that the per capita GDP and auto sales are two important promoting variable to scrapped autos number in our country. Generally speaking, auto parts remanufacturing industry has a better prospect. The fifth chapter puts forward four kinds of development mode and related measures of China auto parts remanufacturing industry.In the last chapter, gives a summary about the major research and look into the distance for further research.There are two innovation points in this paper. Firstly, there is a breakthrough to one-sidedness of the previous research on auto parts remanufacturing process, the paper will be of modern significance that combines the auto parts remanufacturing industry development with the current situation of our auto industry development; Secondly, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the influence factors of our auto parts remanufacturing industry development by econometrical methods. Owing to many reasons, the research has some shortages, such as the establishment of auto system from sales to scrap. Consequently, deeper and further reaearch is necessary.
