Study On The Effect Of Road Transportation On Development Of Logistics Industry

With the continuous development of Chinese economy, the importance of the logistics industry is particularly prominent, the level of development of modern logistics has become an important symbol to measure the competitiveness of one country or region. Transportation is the foundation guarantee and to the development of logistics. At present, many provinces'transport sector in China regard the development of logistics industry as an important work.As an important national transport hub province, Shaanxi Province is one of the key areas which undertake the cross-border and transit transportation, and has superior conditions to develop modern logistics. Shaanxi provincial government attaches great importance to the development of modern logistics. The main objectives and tasks of road transportation is to promote the development of modern logistics. In the National newly issued document "logistics industry restructuring and revitalization of planning", Xi'an is identified as a national logistics node city, and the center of logistics region in Northwest of China.In the article, the road transportation and logistics industry of Shaanxi Province is the research object, mainly taking systems theory, management theory, modern logistics theory, economic theory as the guiding ideology, using integrated method of systems theory and theoretical analysis. First of all, the article memorized relevant theories on road transport and logistics; then on the basis of collecting large amount of data and summarizing the literature, analyzed economic development, road transportation and logistics industry operating status in Shaanxi Province.Also it pointed out that the current problems of promoting the development the logistics industry in Shaanxi Province, the analysis found that, road transportation is vital to the development of modern logistics industry, is help to understand the overall situation of the road transport in Shaanxi Province to promote the development of the logistics industry; Finally, according to analyzing the problems of promoting the development of the logistics industry in Shaanxi Province, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of Shaanxi Province, Propose a solution from the macro and micro level to promote Logistics Industry of road transportation in Shaanxi Province.
