Supply chain is a complex system composed of each node business and certain aspects, its internal and external environment is full of uncertainty, this uncertainty aggravates the risk in the process of supply chain operation, when accumulated to a certain degree and activated by some induced factors leads to the outbreak of supply chain disruption. Supply chain disruption may cause great damage to companies and links in the chain, seriously affecting the security and stability of the supply chain operation. Therefore, this article will take the identification and response mechanism of supply chain disruption as the research object.Firstly, this paper systematacially analyzed and defined the fundamental issues related to supply chain disruption, including the basic theory of disruption; meaning, characters and type of supply chain disruption, and analyzed the evolution mechanism about it. Then, based on statistical analysis of a large number of actual cases of supply chain disruption, obtained the overall statistical law and statistical law of related evaluation indicators about identification of supply chain disruption. Used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate supply chain risk, and has given the model application. Combined with the previous theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper takes into account the existence of supply chain disruption in the supply chain daily operations, enhance risk and crisis prevention and management; Once disruptions break out, take timely and effective response mechanisms and strategies to make the supply chain quickly and efficiently returns to normal operating condition. Accordingly, establish targeted disruption response mechanisms and strategies from three aspects of the supply chain risk management, supply chain crisis management, supply chain disruption management, building integrated supply chain management system of three incidents integration.
