Study On Risk Of Supply Chain

Now, Supply chain management as a systematization, integration, agile and modernization enterprise management mode in the domestic and foreign, has made considerable headway. But along with some great negative events happened one after another, supply chain has suffered some impacts. So give rise industrial circles and academic exchange attentions to supply chain risk. From these events, we can make out, supply chain easily suffers impact from the outside and inside because of its many subjects, Tran regional, too many levels characteristics. Any link of it having problem will set off a chain reaction and lead to badly results. Therefore, fully considering many kinds of adverse factors and getting prepared in advance are important of supply chain management.Based on the risk management theory and supply chain management theory, this paper researches the general supply chain universally having risk problems. The main results achieved in this paper can be summarized as below:The definition of supply chain risk is raised, and the objectivity and features of it is stated.Puts forward basic structure of supply chain risk management, and probes into three models to establish of risk management subject and their strong and weak points in details.Provides some methods to distinguish supply chain risk and some problems need be attended to in the process. Then classifies the risk of supply chain from five different angles, and explains the influence factors of supply chain risk at some length.Based on risk distinguish and analysis , establishes supply chain fuzzy comprehensive assessment model in view of dynamically defining weight, and using based-on cases reasoning method to evaluate the contingency risk of supply chain.Finally, the paper discusses the principles of sharing the supply chain risk. Then, points out some jobs should be done in the risk management in the macro management aspect. At last, sets forth some countermeasures for different kinds of supply risk in micro aspect. Expect to this paper research result has some reference value to supply chain risk management.
