With the increasingly complex of supply chain network structure and the widedissemination of the concept of precise manufacture, the management of supply chain bears avariety of internal and external pressure and impact at the same time of bringing enterpriseshuge benefits. The incident of the supply chain has characteristics of high impact and lowprobability, which is different from the daily risk of the traditional supply chain. It is found byprevious studies that improving the supply chain resilience is an effective way to respond tothe disruptions risk of supply chain. And the evaluation of supply chain resilience is animportant step of supply chain resilience building. Thus, the research of supply chainresilience evaluation and optimization has been done and the comprehensive evaluationmethod of supply chain resilience based on the extenics theory is proposed in this thesis. Andthe mainly work is as follows:(1) By the method of literature comprehensive analysis on the basis of previous studies,the concept of supply chain resilience is redefined, and the point of view has been made thatsupply chain resilience should contain robustness, flexibility and rapid response.(2) Using one of the system methodologies--WSR, indicators that affect the elasticity ofthe supply chain have been divided and build, forming the comprehensive evaluationindicator framework of supply chain resilience from the three dimensions of basis of material,theoretical and cooperation.(3) The comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain resilience has been establishedby the method of extenics evaluation based on a comparative and analysis of relatedevaluation methods. Take LFS for example, which is the large domestic ship supportingenterprise. And the supply chain resilience of LFS had been evaluated using thecomprehensive evaluation model layer by layer. The evaluation results not only provide thetest effect of the model proposed by this thesis but also give some references to LFS torecognize the level of their supply chain resilience.(4) Both the traditional diagnostic ideas and the ideas of companies cost andeffectiveness are considered in the study of optimizing the supply chain resilience of LFS.And the optimization integrated framework for LFS supply chain resilience are proposed, on one hand ensuring the purpose of the enterprises leak filled and balanced development, and onthe other hand minimizing the input of the supply chain resilience building.In all, the evaluation method of supply chain resilience proposed in this thesis is able toprovide the enterprise a useful reference in the building process of supply chain resilience,reflecting a certain amount of reasonable significance and practical significance.
