Contract Coordination Of Supply Chain Under Demand Disruptions

With the rapid development of economy, the supply chain risk managemen-t has received the extensive concern of the industry and academia, supply chain coordination has become an important issue in this field of research. Research on supply chain coordination in the past mainly were certain demand conditions, due to natural, political and social reasons, the market demand are often uncertain, the resulting supply chain risk is more and more frequent, and caused in supply chain disruptions are more and more. Obviously, the supply chain coordination research of only determine demand has far cannot satisfy the requirements for supply chain management. In fact, the coordination of the supply chain under stochastic demand in recent years has caused the attention of the academia, and quickly became a hot research direction in the field of supply chain management.Based on the review of related literatures on supply chain coordination in over-seas, applying the theory and approach of mathematical programming, Stackelberg game theory, Kuhn-Tucker coordination, supply chain management, etc. Under the condition of demand disruption, we study the coordination problem of single channel and dual channel supply chain, established the coordination model of supply chain under demand disruption, obtained the supply chain coordination of revenue-sharing contract, wholesale price contract and buy-back contract under demand disruption, and the calculation formula of the condition of the contract parameters are given, analyzed the influence of the centralized decision and decentralized decision making maximum profits and the optimal price under demand disruption. Finally, nu-merical example empirical illustrates the results and effectiveness of supply chain coordinations.
