Post project evaluation is systematic and objective analysis of completedprojects, In order to help the investors and project-holder improvedecision-making and management level, make it more rational use of limitedresources, and improve investment returns. During30’S of the20th century,some developed countries has already begun projects post evaluation, By70’sof the20th century, post project evaluation was adopted by many countriesand international financial organizations, become an important stage in theproject cycle and an important means of project management, And graduallyformed a relatively complete set of management and evaluation system. From80’s of the20th century, the theory of post project evaluation was introducedin China and application in the field of Engineering Building. In recent years,post project evaluation rapidly develops in China. However, due to the natureof different industries, post project valuation is still in its infancy in somesectors, the content, procedures, methods of post project evaluation did notform a unified, combined with the characteristics of the sector evaluationsystem. In this paper, re-examine the role and significance of post projectevaluation, expanding the content and scope of post project evaluation fromthe practical needs, and elaborate the basic method of post project evaluation.On this basis, combining the characteristics of automotive components,establish evaluation index system and evaluation model of automotivecomponents joint venture projects, and evaluate the joint venture project ofSAIC and Brose by the evaluation index system and evaluation model.Through this thesis research, formed a relatively complete set of post projectevaluation system and method of automotive components joint projects.
