Along with the continuous speeding up of informationization advancement, the competitive environment firms faced is becoming crueler. People hope to strengthen enterprise management, improve enterprise’s comprehensive competitive power by information technology which makes ERP investment cost more and gyre attention. Now enterprises in China have paid enough attention to ERP system attl make great achievement. But after years of devevelopment there are still many problerms to be solved, these problems-restrict the higher development of ERP. Petrochemical industry is one of the most important components in our economy. The most representative petrochemical enterprises in China had implemented ERP system, however, compared with several foreign petrochemical enterprises, the application of ERP still has a gap. One important reason is the lack of effective ERP project post evaluation system in petrochemical industry. This paper analyzes and discusses how to evaluate the ERP project of petrochemical enterprise.This paper studies the international and domestic ERP project evaluation theory, on the basis of these theories, aiming at the characteristics of petrochemical industry, design ERP project post evaluation system which constituted by five dimensions, puts forwards a set of ERP project evaluation model, and provides a practical process of evaluation. Finally, as an example, calculates the EPR project value score of enterprise A, analyzes the results, feedbacks to the managers, in order to managers could adjust enterprise’s target.Through the research, the thesis constructs the evaluation index system of ERP project based on the balanced scorecard, and establishes the evaluation index system from financial, customer, internal operation, learning and growth four aspects, evaluating the performance of ERP. The study uses the comprehensive evaluation expert method and analytic hierarchy process to set the weight of each index, reducing the simple use of the drawbacks of subjective evaluation, and interarates the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculatio. The use of fuzzy comprehensive analysis and judgement matrix is established, the qualitative analysis into the quantitative, this makes the results can be quantified, effectively avoids the disadvantages of evaluation results ready to accept either course, cannot be measured. The ERP project post evaluation ERP system is used to analyze performance of Shengli Oilfield Company’s ERP system. The assessment result is consistent with the actual application effect, showing that the proposed evaluation system is scientific and reference value.
