Beijing Guohua Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to Guohua Power) was founded in March 11,1999, Shenhua Guohua Power Co. Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary, has overall responsibility for operation and management of power business group. Guohua Power as a cross-regional, inter-network large-scale independent power company, its internal information management systems have become an indispensable means for development of the company and tools. Guohua Electric Power in accordance with the "overall planning, step by step" principle, the gradual implementation of the corporate headquarters, investment holding companies and power plants, human resources management system. Effective solution to the company's personnel scattered data, payroll management, employee performance evaluation and other issues, and other systems to promote the integration of processes and resources to provide an ideal platform for information management.Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources System is a large system software, the system is not only a scientific human resource management practices, advanced software engineering is also consistent with international standards. Guohua Power Company combined with the implementation of this system, analyzes the system functions in various modules, flexible application domain and business forms and other data information. And in accordance with the above analysis the results of the specific configuration, configure it through the system parameters to meet the human resource management business needs. And set these parameters do not modify the data structure, but by using different control parameters to adjust the program's logic. This is because the Oracle applications using common data model, process full use of existing business data, through a flexible set of rules to implement flexible business needs. Therefore, the key to successful implementation of the project is to combine the characteristics of standard Oracle EBS HRMS user data content and format, to maximize the function expansion EBS HRMS to meet the needs of the user management and use, this paper focuses on this part, and by extension elastic domain configuration to achieve. By implementing Oracle HRMS, Guohua Power demand forecast from the established, integrated recruitment, assessment management, capacity training, remuneration and benefits to the close link between career strategy system of human resources, human resources management processes implemented a standardized automation and precision, significantly improves the accuracy of company human resource management and management effectiveness.
