The Research On Broadband Pay System Applied In Medium-Small Enterprises

With flexible running mechanism and keen sense to the market, the medium-small enterprises play the irreplaceable role on job enlargement, making the market active, improving people's living standard and stabilizing economy. It is essential power to support the rapid grows of national economy.However, the living Conditions of the medium-small enterprises are not optimistic. The majority of them have declined or closed down in their growth period. Being investigated about its cause deeply, it can be found that the external business envirment and the domestic and international enormous impact on the economic situation are all the key foctors. But what decided to survival and development of the medium-small enterprises is their own management and business strategy, and reasonable use of the various resources. As one of the most important resourses in modern enterprises, the effective management and utilization about talent becomes particularly significant.This paper introduces broadband pay system, and analyaed the compensation management which is the most important and most practical management issues in the medium-small private enterprises. It is also given a set of specific design about pay system, and meanwhile, the elaboration and recommendations are given on some typical problems such as performance appraisal and career design which are highly related to the compensation management.The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background and research significance. The second chapter describes the theory of the broadband pay system and its advantages and disadvantages. The third chapter argues the main influential factors and the design ideas of the broadbanding; The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of Chinese medium-samll enterprises pay administration and advance the corresponding solutions using broadbanding; The fifth chapter, to ZD company's case, specifically introduces the method of setting up broadband pay system, and gives the counting formulas and the practicing proposals.
