In recent years,domestic foreign trade enterprises to better play to the role of the pull of the national economy,the need to speed up the development.Especially small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,is our country foreign trade important strength.However,some small and medium-sized enterprises are hindered by their small size and poor management concept.XH wood export company is a production and processing and export sales as one of the typical small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,in the initial stage of rapid development,has now begun to take shape,but the internal management is not standard,poor employee motivation,reduce the company's overall efficiency,hindered the development of enterprises.The fundamental reason is that the company lacks modern management concept,and the current management mode has not adapted to the existing scale.Therefore,the company is in urgent need of a scientific and effective way to help improve the status quo.The performance appraisal as a way to help employees improve work efficiency and make the enterprise the important means to raise their competitiveness,has been in the management of the enterprise and management plays an important role.This paper mainly studies the performance appraisal of XH wood export company.By applying relevant theories and combining with the actual situation of the company,the problems existing in the company's performance appraisal system are found out,and the improvement measures are put forward through the analysis of the comprehensive system.Specific research plan is as follows: first,to detailed introduction of research background and research significance,related to performance appraisal theory and the research status at home and abroad made a detailed analysis,and according to the basic situation and the company performance evaluation the status quo,the paper expounds the problems among them.Secondly,on the premise of clear the design ideas,combed the other performance indicators at various levels,and using the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system to carry on the design to the company.Finally,for the design of the implementation of the performance appraisal system,inview of the enterprises,departments and employees three levels on specific performance evaluation,performance communication and feedback in time,and performance assessment and c&b,and will play the role of performance appraisal.
