Risk Analysis And Control In IT Outsourcing Project Of Telecom Company

Now competition between telecom companies is increasingly fierce, and they have paid attention to IT outsourcing. But during the outsourcing process, Telecom company find out a few problems:the company pay little attention to the project, the delay and the quality problems of the project, and the communication is not so smooth. Under the project risk management and the software lifecycle theories, this article establishes the model of IT outsourcing project, recognize the risk factor,and uses the PFMEA method (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) to assess the risk factor. At the Same time, the risk control approaches are summarized. This article will help other telecom companies to manage the IT outsourcing project.
