The project objective is to provide the product or service to meet project Requirements, the quality of the product or service is the key factor.It has decisive effect to project. Along with the telecommunication market competition aggravating, lifting management level and service quality assurance is able to make telecommunication operator being in the lead in competition. Service quality becomes the lifeline of the telecom enterprise. Then, improving service quality is dependent on informationize, Obviously the informatization, automate, intellectualized general can be able to improve service quality.Operation support system for Telecommunication can realize improving service quality and raise working efficiency. Operation support system project is belongs to Information Technology project. The project deliverables is IT system or service.The service is for the company insiders。There exists many problems in the quality management for the OSS project currently,The project can't fill the customer's requirements. So,the author probed deeply into the essence of the quality problems.Then,the author establish OSS project quality management system center on customer perceived. Through the organization, processes, standards, tools, etc., we can define the quality management objectives, methods, and implementation。The system include the corporate culture, performance management, team building。The quality level continuously raise by means of this system.This system has great importance to success of the OSS project...
