Tong Zhou District Government IT Project Communication Management

So miscommunication risk is considered as one of the highest risks.Based on researching of project communication management theories and methods, and according to the special of government IT project, also based on the example of resource sharing platform construction for agricultural science and technology system in Tong Zhou District. With the case elucidation to explain, the government as customer of the information based construction, in the operation process, it will appear communication problem, reason of problem and problem-solving point. Finally, this paper construes the communication management system which is suitable for Tong Zhou Government. The management system is making the district information center as the core in project communication management, comprehensive analysis of the project stakeholders, set up the clear and manageable communication plan, execute document-based communication management, follow the pre-communication and positive communication principles and give full play to the initiative of project participants, then make this guide line to run through the entire construction, varieties of the information is delivered at high speed, kinds of resources are excellent allocation around the project construction, then guarantee the government IT project investment to receive a just reward.
