Project communication management as one of the nine management systems, played a pivotal role in the practice. In this text, NCGCL (North China Grid Company Limited) Company PTB (Power Tower Building) project as the background, project communication management were studiedThis text reviews the theory of project communication management, communication forms and channels, communication management factors and the development trend in recent years. On this basis, introduced PTB profiles and project communication management problems at different stages. At the same time, communication management factors were analyzed. Finally, through the PTB project problems during different stages, proposed a targeted communication management solutions. First, give the different communication management solutions according to the different characteristics of project start-up, planning, implementation, closing phase. Second, analyze the importance of project stakeholders to communicate management process. Third, discuss the importance of communication plan in project early stage. Fourth, explore the ways to improve the quality of communication.This text combines the actual Project to explore problems of the whole Life Cycle project management and find out the appropriate solutions.
