| Driven by the research on sustainable land use,the research on multifunctional land use has become a hot issue in the field of land science.How to accurately and objectively understand the characteristics of time change and space difference of land use multifunction,understand the multifunction state and development trend of regional land use,and clarify the leading function of land use in different regions have important practical significance for promoting multifunction utilization of regional land use and giving play to the best functional benefit of land use.In order to meet the increasing demand of human society and economic activities for land,and to coordinate the relationship between social and economic development and ecological environment,it is necessary to guide the transformation of land use function from single function to multi-function,so as to realize the multi-function use of land.With the rapid social and economic development of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration,the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing population,the structure and function of land use in the city group have undergone great changes,and the land use function is facing new adjustment and transformation.In view of this,this paper takes the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration as the research area,and based on the classification of land-use functions,builds a multi-functional evaluation index system for land use based on the three dimensions of socio-economic-environment.Comprehensive evaluation of regional land-use multi-functions,the introduction of triangle models to analyze the status and trends of land-use multi-functions,the use of spatial measurement models to measure the influencing factors of spatial differences in land-use multi-functions,and related suggestions and countermeasures based on the results of regional land-use multi-function evaluation.The results show that:(1)From 2007 to 2017,the level and status of multi-purpose land use in Chang-Zhu-Tan area have been improved to a certain extent.The leading function of land use has gradually changed from environmental function to economic function,and the synergy between functions has been continuously enhanced.The social,economic and general functions of land use have been continuously enhanced;the environmental functions of land use have increased in fluctuations,but there is still much room for improvement.(2)From 2007 to 2017,the land-use multi-function status of Chang-Zhu-Tan area fluctuated greatly.It has experienced four states: relatively poor,relatively weak,relatively average,and relatively strong.The trend of land use multi-function status changes from general(T1)to The strong(T2)status trend has developed,land use functions have stabilized,and there has been a trend of diversified development.(3)There are obvious spatial differences in the land use multifunctional level between counties(cities,districts)in Chang-Zhu-Tan area,and the overall spatial pattern of "North High South Low" and "East High West Low" is presented;land use economy,society The function is centered in the central urban area.As the distance from the city center increases,it gradually weakens outwards.As the distance from the city center increases,the land use environmental function gradually increases outwards.(4)The land-use multi-function in Chang-Zhu-Tan area has a significant spatial autocorrelation,and there is a positive spatial spillover effect at the county(city,district)level;the spatial difference in land-use multi-function is affected by the natural environment and natural resources Endowment,geographical location,socio-economic,regional policy and other multiple factors.Among them,natural environmental factors and geographical location factors are the key factors that cause multi-functional spatial differences in land use in Changzhutan area.Natural resource endowment factors,socioeconomic factors,and Local policy factors are important factors affecting the multi-functional spatial differences in land use in the Chang-Zhu-Tan area.(5)The central urban area and its surrounding areas should accelerate the transformation of old cities,revitalize the city's existing land and promote the intensive use of urban land;vigorously develop a circular economy and change the socio-economic development mode;increase urban green areas,promote green public transportation,and improve the urban ecological environment.Counties(cities,districts)that are relatively far from the central city should adjust the secondary and tertiary industry structure,accelerate the pace of industrial upgrading and transformation,and promote the healthy and stable development of the regional economy;increase infrastructure construction and improve the social medical security system;adjust agriculture Structure,develop efficient ecological agriculture,and enhance regional environmental functions.Remote mountainous counties should improve external transportation facilities,increase investment and promote investment,and promote regional economic development;improve rural social security and basic education systems,implement precision poverty alleviation policies;strengthen supervision and management of forestry resources,and focus on implementing measures such as mountain closure,forestation,and soil erosion control,Stable regional ecological and environmental functions. |
