SNS is a new Internet application of Web2.0 era. SNS is not only for fun, it can also help enterprises to promote their products and brands and provide a good platform for communication between brands and customers.As a new network, its transmission characteristics, profit model are still in continuous development. Audiences and users in SNS have demonstrated tremendous strength. This paper aims to study how companies apply social networking sites to brand communications. Based on analysis of typical SNS social networking sites at home and abroad, it analyzes the SNS social networking site in the audience characteristics, detailed description of existing social enterprise brand communications and introduces the combination of SNS and brand communication. The purpose of paper is to unite businesses to target consumers and the reasonable use of SNS social networking website for the company. To help brand communications activities of company with a new internet application platform, to promote business products, and look forward to provide enterprises with the use of a strategy in social networking site, paper want businesses to create a new style of brand communications path.This thesis has three characteristics. First, based on already-developed brand communications theory, it studies on SNS applications in brand communication from the perspective of product providers. Second, with macro analysis and micro analysis, this paper combines case studies, detailed analysis of the typical home and abroad, in an attempt to fill the gap in domestic research. Third, this article makes a collection of applications of SNS social networking website, and hopes to provide enterprises with brand communication strategy.
