Employee's performance management has been an important mean to maximize the achievements of the strategic objectives in company since entering 21st century. Meanwhile, it is an important guarantee for the growth of corporate profits. At present, most of enterprises in china are taking various management measures of the employee's performance. However, their results are greatly different. Zhangjiajie Mobile's company has been keeping pace with the times and implementing modern business management, since it had the reform and open movement. Performance management within the department of the company played an active role for stimulating enthusiasm and creativity of employees and improving business performance.First, a relative literature review of the performance management is sent, mainly from the concept of performance, performance evaluation, and performance management and performance evaluation methods.then, the status of performance management in Zhangjiajie Mobile's company are analyzed, including problems of positions management, design of performance evaluation standard, gap between feedback and utilization of performance evaluation and imperfection of supervision system of performance evaluation.Then the author builds improved procedures for Zhangjiajie Mobile Corporate Performance Management system, from institutions of performance plan and evaluation plan, establishment of performance management agencies, design of performance management indicators, construction of the assessment programs and communication and guidance of performance We analyzed the operating achievements and some shortcomings in detail since we implemented the performance management by the company's operational data from the middle to end of 2009. In the end, the author constructs and perfects the performance management system, then devises several guarantee systems and measurements for human resources and organization strategies, including analysis of posts, performance training system and structure of corporation culture.
