Tea Tourism Evaluating And Planning In Western Sichuan

In recent years, the tea garden's area of Chengdu,Meishan,Yaan,Leshan etc.located in the westen Sichuan annual average growth rate reached 33%.With the expansion of the scale tea industry, tourism development of tea in tea industry to become one of the patterns.So how to build tea tourism industry become an important research topic,and the location and function region has always been the key factors in the construction of tea tourism industry.The paper studied on the tea tourism industry zone and resource evaluation system, westen Sichuan tea tourism industry SWOT analysis, westen Sichuan tourism planning and Huaqiu tea garden planning, explored tea tourism industry's overall planning methods and process.The research fully used the theoretical knowledge of agricultural ecology, tourism agriculture science, landscape planning etc.,taked the planning principles of tourism agriculture and tourism planning,used the method combining field survey and computer image rendering.The main results are as follows:(1)Designed the regional conditions evaluation system of the tea tourism industry, investigated, classified and evaluated the regional conditions of westen Sichuan tea tourism industry development by the way of resource graph, classification and zoning and comprehensive survey.Compared the four most important conditions, geographical, traffic conditions, the conditions for tourism and the tea industry selected from regional conditions.The result showed, westen Sichuan has a huge advantage in the four conditions, much better than southen Sichuan and northen Sichuan.Westen Sichuan has regional conditions to develop tea tourism industry. Every area in westen Sichuan planning points has a large tea plantation, suitable natural conditions for tea production and tourism embodied that.And also the aeros have a variety of tea culture, both villages and town tea culture,Dao tea culture and Zen tea culture. There are some famous scenic spots nearby, provides a good tourist source.All of these provide a good location condition for the development of tea tourism industry.(2) Established a tea tourism resources evaluation system and the SWOT evaluation system,using the principles of tourism planning and evaluation system, combining the characteristics of tea industry, systematic analysized the internal and external conditions for Western Sichuan tea tourism resources and development.It shows that, resources in Yaan are the most prominent. So tea tourism industry in westen Sichuan should be Ya'an centered and radiate to the four areas around.Then get the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the tea tourism industry development. To carry out the construction of tourism, it is necessary to make use of advantages and weaken disadvantages, seize the opportunity and the elimination of the threat. According to the four and a half-dimensional coordinate system results, westen Sichuan tea tourism industry is the strategy develop type,and it has the necessity and potential to develop.(3)It analyzed tea tourism industry demandons.In accordance with industry needs, business needs, lifestyle demands and consumption demandon the tea tourism industry, it analyzed the market consumption of tea tourism industry.The result shows tea tourism industry is a highly efficient industry, combining secondary and tertiary industries. As social and economic progress, tea tourism is bound to a branch of agriculture tourism,and it is the development direction of tea enterprises.Westen Sichuan has the tourist market. In general, Westen Sichuan has tea tourism industry development demand.(4)It totally planed westen Sichuan tea tourism industry, established tourism planning specific steps for tea tourism industry. Using "point-Axis Theory" and "Core-Periphery" from landscape ecology, it planed overall functional orientation, functional zoning, the entrance singnal, plant arrangement, tour route, road and ancillary facilities for 5 points in the areo.All plannigs can be a reference for government and companys.(5) By landscape design way, take Huaqiu tea garden as an example, designed function zoning map, road map, visit the main tourist attractions map and the main product, finished the paper.It calculated Huaqiu's environmental capacity and touristcarrying capacity, aim to take a reference for the enterprise.The study aims to provide a theoretical basis and technological means for Western Sichuan tea tourism industry planning.The study has a practical significance for the construction of tea tourism industry. And it can also enrich the content of tourism agriculture-related science. So it has some theoretical value.
