The Impact Factors Of Regional Economic Disparity And The Coordinate Development Countermeasures Study In Huaihe River Basin

Regional economic disparities continue to widen, is one of the more serious issues our country faces, national and local governments are seeking various strategies to reduce the disparities. First, this paper explains the theories about regional economic disparity and coordinate development, they are the theoretical foundation for analysing the full text. Second, this paper designs a spatial econometrics model, combined with the Huaihe River Basin 33 cities'panel data from 2000-2007, analyses the impact of each factor on the Huaihe River Basin regional economic growth differences. Third, this paper according to some principles, constructs the Huaihe River Basin regional economic coordinate development mechanism. Finally, according to the above analysis, puts forward some policies and recommendations to promote Huaihe River Basin regional economic coordinate development.We have found out that the Huaihe River Basin regional economic development has shown rapid development momentum, but the regional economic disparity is widening; the number of practitioners, the secondary industry output value accounted for the proportion of GDP and financial expenditure are the main factors that impact the Huaihe River Basin regional economic growth, they have significant impacts on regional economic growth; Huaihe River Basin's market fragmentation is serious, regional benefit-sharing mechanisms and coordination mechanisms of industrial division of labor is lacking, regional transmission mechanism between the elements is poor, and so on, so it must establish and improve the Huaihe River Basin's regional economic coordinate development long-term mechanism as soon as possible.
