With the universal application of the network, more and more companies have joined the ranks of e-commerce. By carrying out business activities, these companies hope to bring about greater benefits. In the current consumer-led market environment, the consumers'attention as the relative scarcity has become the resource that enterprises compete with each other to attract. To fully represent the value of the e-commerce, the companies need to comprehensively enhance the efficiency of e-commerce in terms of the consumers'attention.Based on the existing circumstances of the China's online shopping market, this thesis first builds the attention model about the process of the consumers online shopping and further developes in-depth knowledge of the direction of the consumers'shopping attention under the network economic environment by means of mastering the consumers'shopping habits and shopping psychology. Then, according to the online consumers' psychological characteristics, this thesis puts forward corresponding measures to effectively attract the consumers' attention starting with the following three aspects: media publicity, preemptively entering into the consumers' vision and website construction. Simply attracting consumers' attention can not really realize the sound development of the enterprises. So, finally, from the prospective of catering for the consumers' demands, this thesis proposes the improved measures for products and services of the enterprise to promote the sustainable development of the enterprises by combining the corporate brand image building with the consumers' attention attracting. The study of this thesis aims to offer some suggestions to raise the level of enterprise e-business and promote the development of the humanized network market.
